  • Things you need to know:
    1. Collection is free in 99% of cases, when storing for over 3 months (12 weeks) with us. However this can only be confirmed when we are provided with full collection address details. Eg: We may make a charge if there is bad access, parking problems, a long walk, very heavy items or stairs are involved. Please call our office for advice.
    2. You can deliver direct to our depot. Please call prior to arrival.
    3. You can padlock your unit either at collection or our storage centre.
    
    OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK**
    
    If your require assistance to load your unit whilst at our depot, please advise the day prior. This service is designed to be a helping hand. Not to replace a moving team.
    
    24 hours notice for weekday access is required.
    
    U Store-it can insure your goods for £1.00 per £1000.00 insured per week, as per our insurance policy. Or check with your household insurance for coverage. Remember, if it's worth storing, it's worth insuring. Goods are covered under our terms and conditions up to £40.00 per item whilst being moved and in store. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
    
    Payment is required by cleared funds in advance of storage period. We require a 4 week deposit, plus 4 weeks rent.
    
    1st payment must be made by credit card or cheque
    You must provide 3 forms of ID
    Including a valid driving licence plus it's counterpart or current passport
    A recent utility bill or bank statement
    Bank details for the direct debit mandate
