Access & Returns
Access
- FREE access
- For access we need 2 working days notice to allow us to make your pod(s) accessible.
- Email us on info@ustore-it.co.uk to arrange a visit
- Additional visits a month are available at £35 per hour
- Minimum charge will be for 1 hour
Returns
At the end of the agreement we will contact you to either
- Arrange Return
- Arrange a time for you to pick up from our depot
- Extend agreement – please note if we do not hear from you the agreement will extend automatically
- Returns are charged at £70 P/H
- Self pick-ups from our store are free
- For returns before the end of the agreement
- Please provide 2 working days notice
